The contractors who started the construction work by signing an agreement with Dailekh Narayan Municipality on different dates padlocked the main gate of a municipality after not receiving the payment for the work done. The contractors said the municipality they have to receive more than 20 million rupees payment from different contracts in the municipality. According to the administrative officer Chabilal Nepali the payment could not be made as the budget got frozen.
