Locals in Dailekh agitated after they receive rotten rice

The locals of Narayan Municipality-4 of Dailekh District protested the distribution of rotten rice as the part of their relief package by scattering the rice. A local said that they had to protest as the local government distributed rice which was bought two months back and which also happened to be rotten.
