Nepali Congress (NC) in Parsa has staged a demonstration with placards in front of Narayani Hospital in Birgunj on July 19 against the government's decision to charge fees for PCR testing and demanded a reversal of the government's decision. They protested against the charging of Rs. 5500 for the PCR test as citizens have been in financial crisis due to coronavirus pandemic.

NC has warned that it will take strict action if the government does not correct their decision.
