Complaint lodged against rape accused in Panchthar

The victim’s side has lodged a complaint against 20-year-old Deepak Bishwakarma, of Yangwarak Rural Municipality-1, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl on June 19.
According to the DSP Mahendra Shrestha of the District Police Office, the victim’s side had lodged a complaint against the absconded accused on July 17. The victim underwent a medical examination at District Hospital.
