Cybercrime complaint filed against accused of sexual abuse

A cybercrime complaint has been lodged against 28-year-old Jagarnath Paswan of Sarlahi, Ishwarpur Municipality Ward-3 on July 19 for posting obscene pictures making a fake Facebook account of a 17-year-old girl after being rejected for marriage. The victim's mother presented screenshot of abusive messages, obscene pictures, and CD along with the complaint and requested to file a case and take action as per the Electronic Transactions Act 2008.
