A 16-year-old minor girl having a physical disability has been raped in Morang's Letang Municipality. According to the Chief Superintendent of Police Santosh Khadka, 19-year-old Bhim Rai of Letang Municipality-8 raped the girl on the night of July 12 and was arrested after the victim's family members lodged a complaint. According to the preliminary investigation of the police, the victim was raped when she was staying at a friend's house.
