On July 21, 40-year-old Baidyanath Jha, Avenues Television Saptari Correspondent filed a complaint at the Federation of Nepal Journalists (FNJ), Saptari against Chief of the Planning Branch Kisundev Raut and Crop Protection Officer Dinesh Yadav of the Agriculture Knowledge Center, Rajbiraj for the interruption, insult, and abuse against him on July 20. Jha was there to collect news regarding the corruption scandal of 300 shallow tube wells worth Rs 27.5 Million under the Ministry of Agriculture provisioned for Province 2 farmers. The accused denied the allegations when FNJ Vice-President Shyam Sundar Yadav visited the office.
