Police have arrested 28-year-old Manoj KC from Madi Municipality-9, Chitwan, on July 21, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl on July 19.
According to the police, they had arrested KC after the victim lodged a complaint of rape in District Police Office, Chitwan, on July 20. Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Bharatpur Hospital, on July 20.
