Demonstration in Kathmandu against caste-based discrimination

On Friday, Joint Political Dalit Struggle Committee and Dalit Civil Society organized a rally from Maitighar to New Baneshwor to condemn the killing of Dalit youths in Rukum West and caste-based discrimination in Nepal. The protesters demanded the Dalits killed in the Soti massacre be declared martyrs, culprits should be punished and discrimination against Dalits end.
