Students have staged a relay hunger strike in Pokhara University from July 23 demanding the appointment of key officials in the university. The university has not appointed officials including Vice-chancellor, Registrar, and other key executives since the past one year. Nepali Congress affiliated Nepal Student Union's leaders including former NSU central committee member Ratnahari Dhungel and NSU general secretary Baladev Timilsina expressed solidarity with the students on relay hunger strike on Tuesday.
Students have been on a relay hunger strike at the entrance of the Pokhara University for the past one week demanding appointment of Officials.
