Police arrested 20-year-old Mohan Raj Bhatt of Krishnapur Municipality Ward-5 in Kanchanpur after a vide of consensual sex with his girlfriend became public. According to Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Amar Bahadur Thapa Chhetri the accused made an obscene video of him having sex with an 18-year-old girl who was in a love affair for the past few months. Police arrested Bhatt after the victim's family filed a rape charge against him accusing him of having sex with her and making the video with the promise of marrying her.
