DSP Hari Bahadur Oli, in-charge of the District Police Office, Dailekh, said that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim party, 21-year-old Ramesh Shahi of Dullu Municipality-13, Malika is arrested for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
