Police arrested 20-year-old Manoj Basnet of Solukhumbu, Tingala, Solududhakunda Municipality Ward-11 on August 2 on the charge of raping a 36-year-old woman with intellectual disability on August 1. Basnet was arrested based on a complaint lodged against him on August 2.
