Police arrested 30-year-old Bharat Chaudhary of Bardaghat Municipality Ward-12, on August 4 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl on August 3.
Chaudhary was arrested after a complaint was lodged against him at the Area Police Office, Bardaghat on August 3.
