A 17-year-old girl of Rapti rural municipality-3 has been raped by 25-year-old Arjun BK, 27-year-old Prakash Nepali, 23-year-old Isab GC and 19-year-old Bhupal Thapa Magar of Rapti rural municipality-4.  Ganga Bahadur Saru Magar, Inspector at Area Police Office, Bhaluwang said that Isab GC and Bhupal Thapa Magar are arrested while two other accused are in search. 

According to the statement of the victim, on July 31she had gone to bathe in the Bagiya river in the forest near her home along with her boyfriend as she was in her period. While taking bath and changing clothes, a group of youths suddenly came and assaulted her boyfriend and raped her in front of him. The victim said that the group of four had even threatened to kill somebody.
