Police arrested 21-year-old Bindhyachal Koiri of Nawalparasi West, Sarawal Rural Municipality Ward-7 on August 3 on the charge of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl on August 2.
Koiri was arrested after a complaint was lodged against him at the District Police Office on August 3.
