Accused of rape arrested in Dang

Police arrested 23-year-old Om Prakash Oli of Tulsipur Sub-Municipality-7 on August 4 on the charge of raping a 24-year-old woman. Oli was arrested after the victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 30 stating that the accused took her to a hotel on July 29 for lunch and raped her. The victim told the INSEC representative that he absconded immediately after the incident.
