According to DSP Raju Lama, police arrested 34-year-old Bijay Nepali of Kerabari in Sunwal Municipality-10 on August 5, on the charge of raping a 21-year-old girl. The victim lodged a complaint at District Police Office on August 5 stating that the accused had repeatedly raped her, the last time being on August 4.
