Youth accused of rape arrested in Rupendehi

According to INSEC Rupendehi district representative Rima BC, police arrested 24-year-old Kamal Kharel of Manigram in Tilotta Municipality-5 on August 5 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim's brother at the District Police Office alleging that the accused allured and raped the victim on August 5.
