Krishna Ghimire 'Chirag', a teacher at Arkhabang Secondary School was called to a meeting of the Rural Municipality Executive Committee on August 5 and threatened by the local representatives including Rural Municipality chairman Reet Bahadur Thapa of Gulmi-based Malika Rural Municipality after raising questions about the irregularities regarding the bad condition of the local road.
Locals are dissatisfied with the working style of ward chairman and engineer as the road is not improved as per the allocated expenditure. They have complained that the people's representatives who are thinking of finishing the development budget are spending money even without permission.
