Police registered a complaint of rape against 40-year-old Pannalal Shah Teli of Bisunpurwa in Baragadhi Rural Municipality -2 on August 9. The complaint was lodged by a 26-year-old woman accusing Pannalal of raping her on August 1. According to the victim, the accused threatened to attack her and her family members if she informed about the incident to her family. The accused has gone on the run and police are looking for him,
