Police arrested 31-year-old Sushil Kadka of Kandaghari, Managhara-7, Kageshwari on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl at Birendra Chowk in Kageshwari Manhara Municipality-7 of Kathmandu.

Police investigation has revealed that Khadka had called the girl at Bhetghat Restaurant in Birendra Chowk on Tuesday and lured her to play in the music video. Spokesperson of the Kathmandu Metropolitan Police, SP Somendra Rathore, said that the incident took place at night in the cabin of the same restaurant.

He said that Khadka was arrested on Thursday morning on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
