Devghat Rural Municipality of Tanahu has been sealed for a week starting from August 13 to minimize the risk of coronavirus after 2 persons in the community, a 54-year-old and 30-year-old man from Ward-5 tested positive for COVID-19.
According to Durga Bahadur Thapa, Chairperson of the rural municipality, all the services from the rural municipality and ward has been closed for a week and the swabs of 43 people who came in contact with the infected were collected on August 12 and sent to Bharatpur for the PCR test.
