Man arrested for raping sister-in-law in Salyan

On August 13, police arrested 38-year-old Shankar Wali of Sarada Municipality Ward-8, Salyan, on the charge of raping his 40-year-old sister-in-law, on the night of August 4.
Wali was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim on August 13 alleging that the accused had raped the victim under the pretext of treatment and out of religious fear.
