Locals padlocked the project office of 40 MW Raghuganga Hydropower Project of Myangdi from Sunday evening after the construction company did not implement the agreement with the locals. The locals had accused the company had not implemented the agreement of protecting and relocating the settlement at risk during the construction of the tunnel, maintenance of
playground, conservation of community water project and employment to the locals .
