District Police Office, Okhaldhunga has filed a charge under Public Offence Act against the people filing wrong FIR on murder.
The case was registered on April 21 against those who filed an FIR accusing three persons being involved in the killing of Gyan Bahadur Majhi of Palapu VDC-8 on the basis of the men wrongfully accused including Chitra Bahadur Majhi and his sons.
