Ayurveda medicine businessman arrested on charge of rape

Police arrested 46-year-old Mohammad Irshad Alam, an Ayurveda medicine businessman of Ramdhuni Municiplaity-5, Jhumka, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. A team of police deployed from Area Police office Dharan had arrested Alam on Sunday after receiving an information that he had raped the victim on August 10. Local police are investigating upon the incident.
