Youth arrested on charge of rape

Police arrested 20-year-old Fulkumar Ram of Saptakoshi Municipality-10, Saptari, on Saturday afternoon on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl. A team deployed from Area Police Office, Kanchanpura had arrested Ram on Saturday after getting information that he had raped a girl in a religious community forest of Kanchanrup Municipality-6, Saptari. Further investigation is underway.
