Youth accused of sexual abuse arrested from Salyan

On August 24, police arrested 18-year-old Sete Basnet of Salyan, Swara, Bangad Kupinde Municipality Ward-9 on the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl on August 21.
Basnet was arrested after the victim lodged a complaint against him at District Police Office, Salyan on August 23.
