Four arrested on charge of raping 17-year-old girl in Kailali

Four persons have been arrested on the charge of a gang-rape in Kailali. According to DSP Madhusudan Neupane of Area Police Office Tikapur, Deepak Kadara, Lokesh Rawat, Shankar Bishwakarma and Kumar Kadara were arrested on Sunday morning on the charge of a gang-raping 17-year-old girl of Khairiphanta of Janaki Rural Municipality- 9 on August 27.
A team from the Area Police Office, Tikapur arrested the accused on the basis of an FIR filed by the victim.
