The local administration in Dang has enforced a week-long lockdown in the district, beginning from August 30 to September 6, midnight. The meeting of District Corona Crisis Management Center (DCCMC) today had decided to go into lockdown, owing to the increasing risk of the virus infection. Earlier, the Dang administration had been imposing a prohibitory order in the entire district from 9 pm to 7 am.
Apart from essential vehicles, public transport and private vehicles without vehicle pass will not be allowed to operate in lockdown period. Similarly, Private banks and financial institutions can be opened only with minimum staff for a certain period by fully following the safety standards set by the government.
