Locals of Phatuwa Bijayapur Municipality have picketed a clinic accusing the operator of the clinic of refusing to treat a youth who fell unconscious after being shocked on Sunday morning. The youth, 16-year-old Rabindra Sah of Phatuwa Bijayapur Municipality-8 died as a result of the shock while he was being taken to Chandranigahapur for treatment after local clinic operator Bhagawat Chaudhari refused to see him. Locals infuriated by the youth's death picketed Chaudhari who is also Municipal Health Coordinator for Phatuwa Bijayapur for half an hour. Police later rescued him.
