KATHMANDU, Aug 20: The staffers at the New Baneshwar-based Civil Service Hospital on Sunday staged a demonstration demanding their ‘proper management’.
They have raised various demands including the provision of benefits such as salary, grade and health insurance equivalent to the government employees. Similarly, provision of representation of employees’ association in the hospital’s development committee board; free medical treatment of the employees and their families at the hospital and introducing amendments to the promotion system are among the demands put forth by the agitating staff.
