Police arrested a landlord from Dahangadhi- Sub-metropolitan-7, Kailali, on Sunday, on the charge of raping a woman living in his house. 28-year-old Shriram Rana was arrested on the charge of raping a  woman on August 8.  The victim was raped by Rana when her husband had gone outside for work.   DSP Pratik Bista of District Police Office, Kailali, said further investigation is underway against Rana by extending remand the court.
