Locals of Lekam Rural Municipality-5 padlocked the ward office after finding that officials at the ward had been issuing senior citizen social security allowance in the name of a deceased person. Locals padlocked the ward office demanding action against those involved in embezzling social security allowance in the name of Haridatta Joshi who is already deceased.
