The ward office at Bhaktapur Municipality Ward 10 has padlocked a house after a 47-year-old resident at the house was infected with Covid-19 on Wednesday. All residents at the house including the infected person and 9 others have been locked in the house after the padlocking by the Ward Office. Ward chairperson Laxmi Prashad Hyaunmikha said that they padlocked the house after a complaint from locals that residents of the building were roaming out. He also claimed that the locals would help the residents of the building with necissities.
