Locals of Pokhara picketed the office of Pokhara Metropolitan City on Sunday as a part of their agitation against alleged corruption by officials and employees of Metropolitan City. They have started "Wake Pokhara" campaign as a part of their agitation. The locals have put forward 3 points demand including publishing transparent details of 13 crore rupees said to be spent by the Metropolitan City Office, Postponement of Employees Act 2076, and investigation of property details of all employees who have been working in the Metropolitan City Office since the past 10 years.
