Police have arrested 4 youths from Kailali on the charge of gang-raping a 21-year-old girl at a restaurant in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-4. The arrested have been identified as 20-year-old Sanju Pal owner of the restaurant, 20-year-old Hemanta Diyal of Amargadhi Municipality-1 Dadeldhura, 24-year-old Dipak Bhatta of Nawadurga Rural Municipality-2 Dadeldhura and 21-year-old Tanka Dhami of Ajamery Rural Municipality-1 Dadeldhura, according to DSP Pratik Bista of Kailali police. According to him, the restaurant owner Pal had called the victim to his restaurant on Tuesday. Police arrested the youths on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim.
