Complaint lodged against accused of rape

The victim's side has lodged a complaint against 23-year-old Rambabu Mandal, of Lahan Municipality-22 at the Area Police Office, Lahan on September 9 on the charge of raping a 21-year-old girl.
According to DSP Sarat Kumar Thapa Chhetri of Area Police Office, Lahan, the accused is absconding.
The victim health checkup has been conducted at Ram Kumar Umaprasad Hospital in Lahan on September 9.
