Man arrested on charge or raping woman with intellectual disability

Police arrested 46-year-old Muluk Bahadur Gurung of Gauri Shankar Rural Municipality-7, on September 11, on the charge of raping a 57-year-old woman.
Gurung allegedly raped the woman with an intellectual disability on September 2 while she was sleeping alone at her house. The victim's family filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on September 11.
