Youth arrested on charge of abducting and raping teen

Police arrested 22-year-old Abdul Hakin Musalman of Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality-9 on September 9 on the charge of holding a 17-year-old girl hostage and raping her.
The accused allegedly abducted the girl on September 5 and took her to Gorakhpur, India and raped her.
