A 62-year-old man of Bangalachuli Rural Municipality-2 raped his 13-year-old step-daughter. According to the victim's relatives, the man had been sexually abusing the child for the last two years. The incident was made public in a press conference on Wednesday. 

Police arrested the man after the victim's relatives filed a complaint at District Police Office Dang. The perpetrator was released from jail after completing the sentence of murdering his first wife.
