A 13-year-old child was arrested on September 16, on a charge of raping a 7-year-old child in Sindhupalchowk. The victim’s father said that the accused had raped his daughter on September 12, by taking her to the cowshed back of his home.

Police Constable Dinesh Tamang of District Police Office, Chautara, said that the victim’s father had lodged a complaint of rape on September 15, and the health checkup of the victim was done at Chautara Hospital, on September 15.
