Police have arrested 19-year-old Manoj Thakur of Triyuga Municipality-11, Gaighat, Udayapur, on a charge of raping a 4-year-old child. According to Bhim Bahadur Dahal, Superintendent of Police (SP) of the District Police Office, Udayapur, the accused raped the girl on Thursday night by giving chocolate and taking her to the room.

According to the doctors, the health checkup of the victim shows that she had suffered a serious injury on her genital organ. Police said they have started a necessary investigation against Thakur by extending his investigation time.
