Five vegetable businessman of Parasi town of West Nawalparasi have been fined for black marketing in onions. In the inspection done by a team of District Administration Office, West Nawalparasi, it was found that the onion was bought at Rs 44 per kg in bulk and sold at Rs 80 to 100 per KG in retail price.
Netra Bhusal, officer of the Home and Small Industries Office, Parasi, said 4 shops of the Parasi were fined NRs. 60,000 each and a businessman was fined NRs 20,000 on the charge of operating business without registration and selling vegetables at high prices.
