Locals of Rani in Biratnagar staged a demonstration at the main road on Thursday against Biratnagar Metropolitan City office after the southern part of Biratnagar was submerged in rainwater as there is no outlet for the water to pass. The area was submerged as the road there at a higher elevation than the settlement.
