Police have arrested 21-year-old Bikram BK of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan-17. Dang, on September 23, on a charge of raping a 14-year-old child. The victim child said the accused raped her on September 18, by taking her to the jungle on the pretext of marriage. In a phone call to INSEC representative, DSP Sumit Khadka of District Police Office said they were investigating upon BK.

Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Rapti Institute of Medical Sciences, Ghorahi, on September 19.
