Police arrested two people on the charge of attempting rape on a 40-year-old woman from Bishnupur, Saptari. The duo allegedly attempted to rape the woman on September 28 at her own cowshed.
Although the victim filed a complaint at the police station, the locals tried to reconcile the incident.
