Tahira Darji a 45-year-old tailor of Nanandai village in Nepalgunj-17 has staged a sit-in with carrying banners at the District Administration Office, Banke on Wednesday, September 30 demanding the whereabouts of her 20-year-old daughter who has been missing since September 10.
Tahira had lodged a complaint against two youths of the village for human trafficking, smuggling and forceful rape. She accused police of being reluctant to register the case of the missing person even after filing a complaint and giving names of the doubtful suspects.
