On 4th of October, 30-year-old Manish Nepal of Bhanu Municipality-3, Tanahu who was living in Lalitpur Metropolitan City-15, Khumaltar was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Circle, Satdobato on the charge of threatening and sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. She was abused on the 3rd of October. 

The complaint was lodged by the relatives of the victim on 4th of October and on the same day the accused was arrested and on October 5, remanded for seven days by the Lalitpur District Court. Meanwhile, the victim was examined at Patan Hospital.
